Board Members come from a variety of different backgrounds and contribute their valuable knowledge and experience to ensure the effective management of Belong at Home.

Michelle De Ronchi
Chief Executive Officer
Michelle joined Belong at Home as their CEO in March 2024. She is an experienced CEO, a Registered Nurse and has over 20 years executive leadership experience in the health, aged care and training sectors.
Michelle is committed to excellence through innovation and continuous improvement anchored around core values. She advocates for ageing positively and ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients. Michelle is passionate about empowering staff members, providing job-relevant learning and development experiences.
Kelly Hillary
Finance Manager
Kelly joined Belong at Home in early 2026, bringing expertise in financial management and commercial operations. With a CPA qualification and a hands-on approach, Kelly is passionate about leveraging her skills to support Belong at Home’s mission of delivering quality care to the community.
With over 15 years of experience working across a diverse range of industries, Kelly has built solid experience across financial management, compliance, and commercial operations, working within large and dynamic business environments. Transitioning into the non-profit aged care sector, Kelly is excited to apply her skills in a role that makes a meaningful difference to the lives of older Australians, and is committed to ensuring Belong at Home continues to achieve its financial goals and sustain its mission to serve the community effectively.
Julie Cooper
Operations Manager
Prior to her current role, Julie was the Executive Officer of BESS in Busselton and Margaret River and has extensive and valuable experience in the Aged and Community Care sector.
Julie’s role at Belong at Home is to ensure we provide the highest possible standard of quality care and support services to our clients at all our locations throughout Western Australia’s South West.
Jodie James Sige
Quality & Client Experience Manager
Jodie joined the Belong at Home team in August 2024, after relocating to the South West region, which she absolutely loves. Jodie holds a Diploma in Community Services, she is an experienced quality manager, having worked in both the aged care and disability sectors.
Jodie is passionate about providing great customer service and developing staff to improve the standard of care that our clients receive and mapping our client’s journey against the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Sheree Jones
People & Culture Manager
Sheree joined the Belong at Home team in August 2021.
Sheree has been involved in HR for many years, managing large groups of staff in several senior management roles. Experienced in recruitment and selection, on boarding, performance management, coaching and mentoring, Sheree is passionate about developing and building a positive workplace culture. Sheree holds an Advanced Diploma in Management and a Diploma of Human Resources.
Sarah Boagey
Clinical Manager
Sarah joined Belong at Home in January 2026. She is a Registered Nurse with experience across aged care, disability, community and mental health services, and holds postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health and Health Leadership & Management.
Sarah brings leadership experience in clinical services, workforce development and service improvement. She is passionate about supporting people to remain living safely and independently at home and is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care aligned with best practice and continuous improvement.
